What does Forest Floor do?
Forest Floor Company is a full service compost collection company. When you sign up with us, you will receive a 5-gallon bucket (for residential) that is picked up by our team either every week, or every other week. We take the filled bucket and leave a clean one. We process those organics and turn them into premium compost and worm castings. Both of which you can get back to put on your garden and plants. We also work with some awesome community partners to donate some of our compost and revitalize our soil.

Our Team
Siah
Siah, our owner, brings together his deep understanding of soil science with a passion to reduce food waste. Siah has 10 years of experience as a civil and environmental engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania, and has worked for some of the best civil engineering companies in the Washington D.C. metro area. His passion for the environment coupled with engineering experience drove him to create the Forest Floor Company a local compost pickup service and eco-friendly life style brand.
